This privacy policy applies to the YouClicker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Coffee Room, SIA (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain personal data necessary to provide its core functionality. The Service Provider collects and stores the following information:
The Application does not:
collect precise geolocation data;
collect device identifiers;
process ads or use advertising services;
transmit user data to external systems or services beyond what is described in this policy.
For functionality purposes, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. In particular, the Application uses the YouTube API.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, our legal basis for processing your personal data includes: Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing is necessary to provide the Application's features and manage your account; Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — ensuring security of the Application, fraud prevention, and technical diagnostics; Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where required by law, such as sending promotional communications.
Third-Party Access
The Application may use third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of user data.

The Service Provider does not share any Personal Information with third parties. If third-party services collect information automatically (e.g., YouTube API), this collection is governed by their respective policies.
The Service Provider does not use data obtained through YouTube API Services to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
The Service Provider may disclose information only:
as required by law (e.g., subpoena or government request);
when necessary to protect the rights and safety of users;
to investigate fraud or security issues;
to comply with legal obligations of third-party service providers.
The Application also uses OpenAI API, Google Translate API, and DeepL API to provide translation and localization functionality. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data processing by deleting your account within the Application or by contacting the Service Provider at support@youclicker.pro. You may also use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted in the following cases:
you submit an account deletion request — data is removed within 30 days;
your account has no activity for 6 consecutive months — it is automatically deleted along with all associated data.
After deletion, no personal data is retained on the Service Provider's servers.
Log Data
In case of an error within the Application, certain third-party tools (such as YouTube API services) may collect data known as Log Data, such as:
device IP address;
device name;
operating system version;
configuration of the Application;
time and date of usage;
diagnostic information.
This data is processed by third-party providers. The Service Provider may also independently collect IP addresses for security and diagnostic purposes, as described in the Information Collection and Use section.
You can revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time through:

Email Collection and Communication
The Application requires user registration, during which you may be asked to provide an email address and password. The Service Provider uses this information solely for account creation, authentication, and access to the Application's features.
The Service Provider may use your email address to send important service-related notifications, including account updates, security alerts, and system information.
The Service Provider may also send optional marketing or promotional communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link included in such emails or by contacting the Service Provider directly.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data;
right to restriction of processing — request that we limit how we use your data;
right to data portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@youclicker.pro. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to protecting your Personal Information. Passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes and are never readable in plain text. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). The Service Provider uses commercially acceptable means to secure your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this policy regularly, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.

- encrypted YouTube OAuth tokens — stored server-side to enable the Application to interact with the YouTube Data API on your behalf; tokens are encrypted and never accessible in plain text.
- IP address — collected automatically for security purposes and technical diagnostics.
The Application does not:
collect precise geolocation data;
