This privacy policy applies to the YouClicker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Coffee Room, SIA (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and UseThe Application does not collect, store, or transmit any Personal Information to the Service Provider. Any information requested by the Application is retained only on your device and is not collected by the Service Provider in any way.
The Service Provider guarantees that all information handled by the Application is not transferred to third parties, is not processed externally, and is used only for the functionality of the API client.
The Application does not:
  • collect precise geolocation data;
  • collect device identifiers;
  • process ads or use advertising services;
  • transmit user data to external systems or services.
For functionality purposes, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. In particular, the Application uses the YouTube API.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.

Third-Party AccessThe Application may use third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of user data.

The Service Provider does not share any Personal Information with third parties. If third-party services collect information automatically (e.g., YouTube API), this collection is governed by their respective policies.
The Service Provider may disclose information only:

  • when necessary to protect the rights and safety of users;
  • to investigate fraud or security issues;
  • to comply with legal obligations of third-party service providers.

Opt-Out RightsYou can stop all data processing by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.

Data Retention PolicySince the Application does not collect or store Personal Information on the Service Provider's servers, no user data is retained.
If any information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it by uninstalling the Application.

Log DataIn case of an error within the Application, certain third-party tools (such as YouTube API services) may collect data known as Log Data, such as:
  • device IP address;
  • device name;
  • operating system version;
  • configuration of the Application;
  • time and date of usage;
  • diagnostic information.
This data is processed exclusively by third-party providers and not by Coffee Room, SIA.
You can revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time through:

Email Collection and CommunicationThe Application requires user registration, during which you may be asked to provide an email address and password. The Service Provider uses this information solely for account creation, authentication, and access to the Application's features.
The Service Provider may use your email address to send important service-related notifications, including account updates, security alerts, and system information.
The Service Provider may also send optional marketing or promotional communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link included in such emails or by contacting the Service Provider directly.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

ChildrenThe Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.

SecurityThe Service Provider is committed to protecting your Personal Information and uses commercially acceptable means to secure it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this policy regularly, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
